Workshop Overview

This one-day workshop explores the circulatory system through the unique lens of Craniosacral Reflexology, integrating anatomy, physiology, energetic awareness, and hands-on therapeutic applications.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how circulation supports the health and vitality of the entire body, while exploring the relationship between the heart, brain, blood vessels, and cerebrospinal system. Topics include the major arteries supplying the brain, the Circle of Willis, the venous sinuses and their drainage pathways, brain-heart coherence, and the therapeutic role of water in supporting health and healing.

Throughout the day, students will learn practical reflexology techniques and hands-on protocols designed to support circulation throughout the body, enhance overall wellbeing, and expand their understanding of the body's innate healing processes.

Combining theory, observation, and practical application, this workshop offers participants tools and insights that can be immediately integrated into both personal and professional practice.

About the Instructor

Ildiko Zambo is the founder and lead instructor of the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology Quebec. A reflexologist, educator, and international presenter, she has dedicated her career to exploring the relationship between anatomy, physiology, consciousness, and the body's innate capacity for healing.

After studying and working alongside Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson for nearly a decade, Ildiko founded the Academy in 2013 and has since trained students and practitioners in Canada, Europe, and beyond. Her teaching combines a strong anatomical foundation with practical clinical application, helping students develop both technical skill and a deeper understanding of the body's interconnected systems.

Through years of clinical practice, teaching, and research, Ildiko developed a unique approach that integrates Craniosacral Reflexology with the expansion of consciousness. Known for her experiential teaching style, she encourages practitioners to deepen their awareness, refine their perception, and explore the relationship between physical health, the nervous system, and human consciousness.
