Introduction
A hands-on weekend course that introduces reflexology’s principles, basic body mapping on the feet, simple routines for relaxation, and foundational anatomy for anyone curious about this therapeutic modality.
Basic
A comprehensive 12-week foundational program covering anatomy, physiology, core reflexology routines, ethics, and business essentials — preparing you to work professionally as a reflexologist.
Diploma
An advanced year-long diploma deepening your skills in craniosacral, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and hormonal systems while exploring consciousness and profound healing techniques.
Post-graduate
Specialized courses for experienced practitioners focusing on advanced topics like brain and consciousness, whiplash, hand reflexology, autonomic nervous system regulation, and trauma unwinding.
With over 10 years of international teaching experience, Ildiko trained directly under Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, founder of Craniosacral Reflexology, carrying forward its authentic lineage while integrating energetic principles and expanded consciousness that transform both practitioner and client.
Our program offers more training hours than any comparable school, combining reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and osteopathic principles through the feet — preparing you to practice confidently and qualify for insurance receipts.
We are the only school in Canada and the United States offering Craniosacral Reflexology certification. Over 100 students have already enrolled in our training.
I completed the Craniosacral Reflexology training with the Academy several years ago, and it was profoundly enriching — both personally and professionally.
